Health Journey 2020 - Day 225 | August 12th

Hey everyone, how are you all doing? I hope well. Here is my food/health journey post for August 12th. Weigh in ~ Starting - 189.4 August 10th - 179.8 Today - 178.2 I lost 1.7 pounds after having a higher carb day. Not going to complain about that. Blood sugars - Fasting - 151 Meal 1 -- Meal 2 - 118 Meal 3 - 108 My fasting number was high, but not extremely after a carb day. I want them to stay 100 or less though. Anyways, so what did I eat today? I kept it pretty low carb today. Meal 1 - 2 eggs fried in butter 3 slices of deli turkey 1 slice of cheese Meal 2 - Tuna wrap ~ I made my normal tuna, but put it in a low carb tortilla. After this meal, I had 2 pieces of my low carb tiger fudge "Meal" 3 ~ I had a low carb ice cream bar (6 net carbs) I had two zipfizz drinks throughout the day, which is one way I get water in. Today one of them was orange cream, and it is not my favorite flavor so I add heavy cream to make it like an actual orange cream drink. That way it is delicious. For my workout I did an hour and a half of different dance workouts - 2 actual workouts, and then the rest just dancing to songs. Steps for the day - 10,902 Workout minutes - 90 Calories burned - 752 Macros ~ Calories - 1,260 Protein - 72 Fat - 91 Carbs/Net - 35/27 Sugar - 10 What do you think of my day? Also, how did you do? Here is one of the workouts I did today, for anyone interested:

It was nice to see, for sure....I think having 1 day of carbs don't hurt anything....it's just when I have more than 1 in a row.
