Last week I posted a discussion about cassava as a healthy food and many myloters didn't know how cassava looks like that's why today I've decided to post this discussion so that they can know more about cassava.Did you knew that cassava plant leaves can be used as a vegitable food?if you didn't know that the answer is cassava plant leaves can also be used as a vegitable with high nutrients

Yeah, I heard of the leaves being eaten as a vegetable too but I haven't tried it yet.

I like this boiled. Back home, we had people planting cassava and sell the crops.

Thanks for making us aware of this plant. The climate where I am from in the United States is not good for growing this plant. I noticed in looking it up that it's roots have many uses when it comes to food preparation.

We cook the casava / tapioca and prepare curry and also fry it make tapioca chips. Leaves I haven't tried.

I know.it is coomon thing to cook cassava leave. It can be made into various delicacy, including fritter
