I lost it

Or so I thought.
Last night I placed my I hook into the drawers with my scissors. I usually place it beside the other hooks on my shelf, but I looked for it this morning to find that it wasn't there.
'Well', I thought to myself, I need to organize this shelf anyway. So I took everything off of it. The yarn, my WIPs, the yarn needles, yarn hooks and my scrap bag. There was still no sign of the hook. I looked on my bed, and under it too. Still no hook. That is when I thought to open the top right drawer of my desk, and there, laying beside my scissors, was the red crochet hook I was looking for.
Now I have a more organized shelf, and a new home for my hooks, yarn needles and scrap bag.
Later today, I think I'll rearrange the shelves where my books are (again), and place the ones I love the most front and center.

It most definitely is. I don't think I will be content until everything is to my liking, including a nice new chair.

@LindaOHio Two, actually. I'd like to get a mat to put under the space where my computer chair is now, and get an actual computer chair. Then I want to get a chair to sit on and read.

I think I might start reorganizing the kids rooms this week or next. Christmas isn't that far away and they'll be getting a ton of stuff so it's time.to were through the old stuff.

That's a good idea. Gives them a little more room to put new stuff. Growing up, we just shoved the old stuff into a closet if there was no one to give it to.

@thislittlepennyearns Yeah, I think most kids just shove things in and make them fit. It's a "don't open the door so fast" type of thing. I had a toy chest in my closet.

I've been finding more things I can part with as I organize. I just organized my bookshelf (not the shelf where I keep my yarn) and realized I could get rid of a few more things.

I should have put these things in my desk before, but I didn't. I need to work on my shelf organization and get it the way I finally want it, it will have to be part storage for my yarn.
