How Did Eli's First Day Go?

Some where wanting to know how Eli's first day of the first grade went.
He would not actually answer me when I asked if he had fun, or a good day, etc. But that is just Eli for you. I think he had a good time though.
He had a few friends from pre-school and kindergarten in his class. He got to go to recess three different times.
They got a whole coloring book that had to do with how to stay safe during these times too.
He enjoyed his lunch, even though he could have probably got a free lunch. Till I know for sure though, I will keep sending him with one. I'll send him with 2 quarters though so he can get a chocolate milk, since that is his favorite.
Picking him up was a pain, I am already wishing he was going to be riding the bus!

I am glad too.....glad you like the photo. I didn't sign him up for the bus at registration...not sure if I can change that or not after the fact.

Well we didn't request for that when we registered him, so wasn't sure if he could switch now that school has started LOL.
Chocolate milk is the best!

Well I didn't pick that option when registering him for school....didn't know how it would work out with all that is going on. But it'd be a lot easier.

I am glad too, although he wishes his best friend from Kindergarten (Julien) was in there with him, or his friend that he actually met at the park once to play with was in there.
