Do You Look At Reviews Before Installing Any App?

It's a very good practice and if you are smart enough you will get to know in a few minutes if you should go for the install or not and if the app is worth or not.
Although there can be fake reviews too but after reading few reviews we can easily made our mind.
I always does that and it really help me.
Do You also look at the reviews before installing any App?
