Why Honor Smartphone Doesn't Have Google play Store Support?

Yesterday I saw a honor phone on sale on Flipkart and it's premium version is available at Amazon also on sale and I was curious about it because it's a good brand and have nice smartphones but upon researching I found these no longer have any Google play Store so you won't be feeling at home with these smartphones.
Are you aware why Google stopped it's association with it?

@Butterfingers So chinese apps are banned in India.

@piyushbhatia1 yes, play store is different it doesn't get any effect due to ban.
