Run a virus scan recently

Philippines

I noticed that my computer went slow from my recent download days ago. I panic so ran deep scans in case of a virus / malware. I have at least two which were AVG and Mcafee. Both of them took more than five hours to finish. Any one had thorough scans on their devices lately if not computers? What Anti virus do you use? if it's different from mine and free I could download it. Not sure about AVG but I would uninstall Mcafee next year since it's just yearly free trial.

My virus remover is the MS itself. I don't have any virus infecting my computer for I never visit dubious sites and download something from the Internet.
