I was crossing the street and saw an old woman with a heavy bag trying to cross to the other side of the road. I went over and asked if I could help her. Sometimes, people don't want others poking into their business. She said yes, so we both carried her big bag on each end. When we got to the other side of the road, I asked her if she still has a long way to go, or will she be boarding a jeepney. "It's okay," she said. "I'll just wait here for my ride." I wanted to assist her in riding the jeep, But she insisted that I go on my way, so I left her, feeling uneasy. After a few days, I was carrying three bags trying to cross the street, when a smiling young man, touched my elbow and said, "May I help you?" I said thanks and he helped me cross the street. Karma indeed is true! It's real. I smiled to myself. Did you ever experience 'karma'? Would you like to share it with other readers to prove that karma or the Golden Rule truly exists? "Do unto others, what you like others do unto you." If we follow this adage, we won't be able to do bad things to other people, whether we believe in a supernatural being or not.
