TV service mix up

My in laws wanted their cable television service back. We have not had it for almost 2 years and they wanted a few channels. I called the company and told them what I wanted and what channels that were expected. The day came and the cable tv contractor showed up. The only thing was they brought the wrong equipment. I tried calling but there was a long wait time. I drove to the local office and they gave me the right equipment. I got home and hooked everything up. Then a few channels did not work. I called again but was not about to wait for over 40 minutes. I got on the website and did a customer support chat. They told me I did not have the right package for the channels. Tomorrow I have to go back to the office and explain the situation and probably upgrade the package. Then I have to go home and make sure the channels will work. When ever you make any kind of arrangement for any kind of service, Make sure you tell them what to expect so there is no confusion. Then what you need to do is repeat everything back to the agent so you are both on the same page

What about Netflix? Don't your inlaws like it?

They don't watch it. They are used to cable services
