2 Ingredient Buckeyes

Have you ever had buckeyes before? Sometimes round. Sometimes square.
I want to share with you the easiest route...
a container of chocolate cake icing
peanut butter
I make mine in squares using a pyrex.
1. Smooth the bottom of pyrex with a layer of peanut butter.
2. Smooth chocolate icing on top of peanut butter.
3. Place in freezer for a few hours.
4. When serving, take out of freezer. Wait 2 minutes. Cut into squares.
5. Place remaining in the fridge.
I do not mess with confectioners' sugar. Many buckeye recipes call for.
My version is simple 2 ingredients.
Think of me when having a buckeye as my Slim-Fast diet does not allow!

I can only have one small square of buckeye. If I need to sweeten something, I usually use Sweet n Low.

I’ve had them before and do like them. Some times my husbands sister makes them during the holiday as a treat with our meals. My husband is a big fan of buckeyes but I don’t make them since our youngest has a peanut allergy.
