If you've ever had a wobbly table it can be very frustrating. Whether it's a work desk, kitchen set, or just your chair leg, trying to fix it can be a real challenge. I used to try to make it even with a napkin or paper towels with little success. It's no fun trying to have your table rocking back and forth while making sure your drink doesn't spill. So, here is something you can try which just might solve this problem. Next time you open a bottle of wine, save the cork! Use a slice of the synthetic cork to brace the wobbly table leg. Just measure off the amount of cork needed, slice it off with a utility knife and glue it in place. Now that's a clever idea! What do you do with a wobbly table leg? The definition of a life "hack" refers to any trick, shortcut, skill, or novelty method, that increases productivity and efficiency, and makes our life a little more efficient according to Wikipedia. What a kool idea. Lucky for me I don't have a chair or table with a faulty leg but next time I come across one at a friends I'll tell them about this.

That sounds like a good solution. We haven't had wobbly table legs for awhile...Thankfully!

Its probably not a good idea to take furniture legs for granted. Your post has me looking around at all the dresser and cabinet legs in my living space. All older than me. I'm grateful that they appear to be sturdy.

@dgobucks226 You're welcome. I have an antique radio cabinet that has super long spindled legs. That one is not easy to move.

@sallypup Yes one must be careful as there is lifting involved.
