Before lockdown I used to walk to a jungle at the outskirts of our town every evening.Then came the time when our country was completely locked down.It was made mandatory for everyone to wear a mask when they stepped out of their homes.I tried to adopt the habit of wearing mask, but it made me feel suffocated.Finally I decided not to go to the jungle and increase physical and breathing exercises at home.From 25 of March till 30th of August I did not go to the jungle even once.
Now lockdown is relaxed,but wearing a mask and maintaining social distancing at public places is still necessary.If caught without wearing a mask,you would be fined by the police.
Yesterday,on 30th of August,I could not resist my temptation to go to the jungle.With a mask on my nose and mouth I left for my destination. I somehow endured suffocation and reached near the outskirts of the town.There was not a single policeman there.I pulled down the mask to my neck.Now I could breath conveniently.
I stayed at the jungle for three hours .
I have to adopt the habit of wearing a mask.I know it would not be easy for me,but I'll try my best.

It must be a good feeling to go there. Even I am avoiding my walks as brisk walking with mask is no fun. I feel suffocated. I am doing regular yoga at home

@arunima25 Thanks for responding.Yes,it is so suffocating to brisk walk with a mask on your nose and mouth.But we all know we don't have another option if we want to go out.Driving a bike or Cark with a mask on is comparatively easy,but walking is a big problem.I'll try to adopt the habit.

@Shivram59 I have not taken out my car since 17th March. I just start the engine and move it bit forward and backward once in a week for it to remain functonal.
I am house arrested since that day and have been out only twice and that too on co driver seat with my husband. I will need to refresh my driving skills once we start going out.

It sounds good to visit the jungle in your place. Yes. It is really hard to enjoy a walk around when you need to wear a mask. Yes. You have to accept and adopt the habit of wearing a mask for your own safety. Stay safe always

@Shivram59 You`re very much welcome
That`s right. I understand your feeling of wearing mask when you walk outside but we need to be safe all the time. The virus is not a simple one to battle especially when it spreads so fast and hard to cure

@m_audrey788 Thanks for responding .Yes,I love jungles and jungle inmates.After 5 long months I had a wonderful time - three hours - there .I'll try my best to adopt the habit of wearing a mask, though I know, it is not going to be a cake walk for me.....Thanks again for responding.

@m_audrey6788 I understand.It's a complicated virus .Scientists across the globe are burning midnight oil to find an effective vaccine to counter it,and nobody knows how long we would have to wait for it.Our country has the second largest number of active cases in the world.I know I have to protect myself and my family .I'll try to make it a habit to wear a mask.

Unfortunately wearing mask has now become the new norm.You can go out without a mask on at your own risk.In the small town of mine the number of corona positive cases is going up.

@Shivram59 You are right it is suffocating to take a brisk walk with mask on. I just pull it down when it becomes too inconvenient.

@msdivkar That's exactly what I do, but before removing the mask I ensure that police is not around.

@msdivkar At present it is very very difficult for me to go out on a brisk walk with a mask on,but I am confident it would become my habit within a month.With my nose and mouth covered with a mask I feel so suffocated that I feel I'll die if I don't remove the mask.

You could stay on the jungle for longer without the mask since there's no police there
