August 31 - What I'm Thankful for Today

Today went well.
I'm thankful for the workout I got in the pool this morning and the walk right afterward.
I'm thankful for the opportunity to babysit my granddaughter again. I'm very thankful for the playpen. Though it won't hold her for much longer. She'll climb out of it before she turns 2 in October. I didn't watch Princess Sofia today. When she was here last, I added PBS Kids to my channel lineup on the Roku. It was a very entertaining day.
Okay, that was my day. Yes, I got all my fitness goals with ease. Tomorrow is my orthopedic appointment. I won't be on the computer after the pool until the afternoon as my appointment is at 10:45. So, I'll be doing my laundry after the pool and my son will take me to my appointment from there. Hopefully, my laundry will be finished by the time I need to leave for the appointment.

It is nice to see that there is still someone who is grateful even in just little things. Indeed there are so many things to be thankful for in spite of this pandemic we are in.
Today is just the start of my day, the start of the school year is near and I am so nervous, not just because of the new setup but also to the amount my parents will pay for my tuition.

I saw a lot of negative posts before I started doing this last year. I was only going to do it for November, the thankful month, but several people wanted me to keep it going.

We had alot of rain yesterday. Yes, I'm supposed to be thankful for the rain, but I'm sick of it. I did have a pretty good Monday. I did alot of work on MTurk. But today has been a weird day so far.
