I feel bit nervous,why so?

It's 1 and my visa expires on 3 but still no call from the foreign registration office,and my husband is sick.They should call us now because after that verification then payment online,then after payment they will email me my new visa,but how will this happen in two days left.I'm little worried and even if they will call,how my husband accompany me,he is not well on other hand. I just entrusted everything to God.
