I've been craving pizza for a few days but we have no oven.. there are pizza places nearby but i wanted to try making one myself. I tried to do it yesterday but we had no all purpose flour, only rice flour...so i went with that.. BIG mistake. Now I will try it again, i bought the correct ingredients now and some added toppings too. Wish me luck

You can make it in a pan as well. There are many YouTube videos for the same

Make sure that you knead the dough for at least 5 minutes to develop the gluten and then let it rise properly - you are using yeast, aren't you? - otherwise it won't be light and crispy. You should start off with a very hot pan but then reduce the heat before flipping the base so that the bread cooks right through without burning. Once you have flipped it, put your toppings on and cover the pan (I find that this is the problem because I haven't a lid big enough but a double layer of aluminium foil does at a pinch) so that the heat melts the cheese and cooks the rest of the toppings. It is possible to make a passable, or at least edible, pizza this way but you may find that it's less hassle to order one from a good local pizzeria, especially if they do the toppings to your liking! Good luck, anyway!

There are actually pizza bread around in my country and all we need to do is to add the topping to the pizza.

You can just cook it in a frying pan. So many youtube videos about 'no bake pizza' now, especially since its quarantine.

Do you use a frying pan for your no-bake pizza? I have done that often in Pinas and it was good. Good luck with making your pizza.

yes only a frying pan, it didn't taste that great though, i think the bread was a bit undercooked or it needed yeast.
