Off to evening chores...Dinner time

Now it is 6'0'clock and soon in an hour it would be our dinner time. I have dough ready for chapati ( Indian Bread) and have to just make a quick curry of potatoes and peas. But before that I have to fold the dried clothes and light up lamp in my mandir ( the place of worship in my home). I light up a lamp each morning and evening. It's an important ritual for me.
So catch you all later. I might not be here for the day as I need to help my daughter with her studies after dinner. But I may peep in here on my mobile
I got a good day here

Oh! A late start of day is something I don't like. I like mornings to be peaceful and go at a pace I made up my mind with previous night. Hope you were able to catch up.

@arunima25 I needed the sleep, but caught up with my day. I was able to have a peaceful and relaxing evening with my husband watching a movie after dinner.

I feel that it gives me some sort of inner peace. I say a few shlokas and mantras each day. That brings some positive vibes. As soon as I wake I play Gayatri Mantra, Mahamritunjay mantra followed by some more chantings according to days of the week. It continues till I finish morning chores, yoga and getting ready for work. I feel that it fills the atmosphere with positive energy.

@arunima25 Our most important daily routine is omkar sadhana after pooja and daily prayers. It takes about 35 minutes along with omkars we chant Bhimroopi, Maruti strotra, Sainath Jap, Durga maa's Mahamantra jap and Tarak mantra jap, our Guru's mantra. I have included Mahamrutyinjaya mantra in my prayers for last several years.

@msdivkar I don't get that much of time. So I just play and listen to them. I do 21 times or 11 times chanting of Mahamrityunjay mantra.

I'm just getting off to a lazy start this morning. Things need to be done around the house but right now I'm enjoying my coffee and myLotting for awhile.

Good to enjoy your coffee with a relaxed and lazy mind. Helps you to get organized in brain as to what you want to do. That helps

Thank you. I did enjoy the dinner. I am not multitasking. I do multiple tasks in a day... But one at a time
