I am surrounded

Fall seems to be when the spiders show up.
I went out this evening to mow a bit. All around my yard I saw evidence of spiders in the form of webs. Often with "food" wrapped in them. Sometimes I actually saw the spiders. I am not sure what kind they were, but there were plenty of them.
They are welcome to eat all the pesky bugs they want, as long as they do not come in the house.

I accept bugs OUT of my house. Normally my problems are minimal and I kill an ant with my index finger. But once in a while I sray the book shelves against spiders. We have brown recluses in this part of the world.

@GardenGerty It is said that every house in Santiago has a brown recluse. I have seen one in my entiere life. Caught it and read about it online. It was a female. We sprayed my whole room with anti spider spray.

What do you check for spiders? These are most all outside.

I am seeing more now also. Broke one web as the spider attached it to a plant I move every day.

I'm not a fan of spiders, either. Not inside. Or hanging in places outside where I could walk into them. Ugh!

These were mostly to the side, where there are trees, etc.

@GardenGerty The spiders are what we call Christmas spiders and very colourful. They are quite small, much smaller than the photo one.
