It was good! It was good!

I had my check-up with my cardiologist last Monday. My son drove me to the hospital. Prior to the hospital, I fetched a colleague who requested that she ride with us going to the market; she also paid the item she bought from me from Personal Collection.
My colleague, Miss F, informed me that our dean talked to another colleague to teach the level 4 students on skills, ONLINE! I thought "how can that be?:" Well, I should not think about that anymore since I consider myself retired now.
The laboratory result I had is normal and 'it is good'!. The only problem I told my cardiologist is the occasional bipedal edema that I have, and I missing the Aldactone tablet for a few days now because I had low blood pressure.
My cardiologist though said I should take half of the tablet, provided my BP is = or >90/50mmHg.
I am having 85/50mmHg, so I should not gulp any tablet of the diuretic drug.
All in all, I feel good!

@allen0187 yes, and that is what i always tell my sister; i am a nurse so i know what is happening to me, that is why she should not be so stressed about what and how i feel.

yes, and it takes a lot of self-control to maintain the INR; the edema though and the low BP, i think i have to do something about it.

@rakski the average BP i had this lunch time was 86/64mmHg. i did not gulp the medicine again.
probably the reason why i have low BP is the lemon water that i drink every morning. it reduces the fluid retention in my feet and ankles but it also lowers the BP.

What was supposed to be your normal BP? Maybe you can keep that normal bp constant or something.

ideally, the normal Bp should be 120/80.
for me who has a heart ailment, my normal BP should be 90/50 or 90/60mmHg.
