Hello again, myLot !

Well, a friend of mine and I were talking on Facebook today, and he said that I should take Angel to the vet anyway, and my neighbor had already said he would take me, so at nine we went. It took maybe half an hour or forty five minutes to take her in, and there were a lot of other dogs going in and out (because of the whole COVID thing we had to wait in the parking lot and call them to let them know we were there), we got to watch them all. Angel was antsy in the back of my neighbor's truck--crying at seeing all the dogs, because to her other dogs mean "play!". There were a couple of phone calls from the inside to ask me questions or something, then someone finally came out and got her--while she was in there a doctor called and asked more questions.... My neighbor and I sat out on the tailgate of his truck talking about different things. Finally they called again and told me they were going to bring her out in a bit. So, we walked over to the building, and I was rather surprised that Angel practically came charging around the corner. The nurse that brought her out gave me a couple of medications for Angel to take--going to have to get some food to hide them in--one is for nausea, I have to read about the other one to remind me what it was for. So, even on the way there Angel was acting more like herself. Now she is lying on my laundry here in my room that I didn't get the chance to take out to the garage, yet. She had an exciting morning, I expect she'll do a lot of sleeping. Right now, I need to go and get some lunch. Hope you're having a great day/evening/etc. in your part of myLot land !
