Ryan Fitzpatrick

I heard today that the Miami Dolphins have officially name Ryan Fitzpatrick as their starting quarterback for the 2020 season. There were many opinions on this outcome today. One was that they picked Fitz because they still aren't sure that Tua is in ful health yet. Then there was the fact that while Fitz starts out well, he tends to fizzle out a few games into the season. However, that time would allow your newer O-line to figure out how to better protect the quarterback before Tua actually has to go out. If we have any Dolphins fans on here, what do you think of your starter? *picture from google

I liked the tenacity the Dolphins had last year. Brian Flores got those guys playing like they could win, and everyone wrote them off as a two win team. They topped that, and it impressed me. I don't know how long before Tua gets in, but I think we all know he will at some point play. You're so right about Fitzpatrick starting well, and then he fizzles out. If I were to guess, my money is by week 4 he's in. The latest being game six. But I'm just a guesser. No preseason made it tough to start a rookie QB.

That's what the people on Get Up said too lol. I really thought that Miami would have made it far last year. What the analysts had said was that they should have put Tua as third string that was you can dictate when he goes out where if he's second string the circumstances might force him out before they're ready for Tua to go out.
