maybe she felt bad

Sometimes due to network notifications is not popping up at the same time.
My friend here message me that she was calling me in whatsapp and calling on the phone yesterday but i didn't received.
So i replied immediately, i am sorry because sometimes device are getting mad,i said you can call in the phone number and just replied OK no issues.
I think she felt bad.
This happens sometimes because of network,
And sometimes my device is hanging,misbehaving.
Then i get irritated.
Do your phone sometimes hang?
Or does it happen that you're not having notifications at the same time?

Yes, I also face like those, due to network issues, phone off we get those problems.

MANY times! I always warn many of my friends not to do video calls
