work problem

How can I work diligently if the authorized person is not giving me all the papers that needs to be encoded asap. Now the accounting department is always reminding me about those documents that needs to be submitted in the main office.

then maybe you have to ask your superior to get those documents you need

I am always asking her but she's always answering me that she's not in the mood nor she's too busy with her other transactions. I've already reported her to our direct superior.

May be you have press the person responsible to give it early citing the pressure from your accounts department.
