So embarrassing but I was sleep deprived!

I have such an embarrassing story to tell you but my excuse was that I was extremely sleep deprived. I think this is the third week my dad has been home from the hospital. But anyway, during the first week of him being home, I took care of whatever I could to make life easier for him as he need to keep off his leg and foot as much as possible since he just had surgery. So not that I complained at all looking after him, (though my only true complaint was my brother has hardly done anything to help) but I did become very tired. But mainly due to not sleeping well. Not that I'm the best sleeper anyway but this time around was due to worrying about my dad. I would go to bed closing my eyes but my ears were on alert in case my dad needed me. And I would get out of bed A LOT checking on my dad to see if he was ok. So yeah I become extremely sleep deprived. One night, my dad was going to see his waste of space ex girlfriend (long story but she is a lying, attention seeking, two-timing cheating cow) - (they have been on and off for a couple years) And please trust me, I am not calling her all those names based on something silly, she is literally everything I just said. Will explain another time. Anyway, my dad was getting ready to see that turd and I saw him place two eggs on the lounge because he was going to take it to her house for dinner. I saw him put them on the lounge, I went back to my bedroom for some reason, came back out, and I saw the eggs sitting there on the lounge. And my sleep deprived self thought, and honestly this is word for word of my thoughts: "Oh my goodness, what are the nurses going to say!? My dad has just laid two eggs! Wow he did a good job though. No cracks or anything." Honestly, like roughly two hours sleep in 3 - 4 days, not to mention the lack of sleep while my dad was in hospital, my mind was melting!
