It's insanely smokey here this Thursday afternoon. I need to make a trip to the store soon to replace what we lost, but that's going to have to wait. I'll make do for now.
The smoke stings your eyes it's so bad. I feel horrible for those who are facing tragic losses.
The West Coast is on fire and it's heartbreaking really

They're saying that because of El Nino (I think that's which one it was) that the drought will continue. I hope they are wrong.
