Tropical Star Apple

Hi there!
Do anyone has tasted this star apple?
When it's ripe it's violet.
The another kind is silky green.
I remember my childhood,my neighbor has a big tree of violet star apple and i used to go there and ask for it.
But since i grown up,never tasted again.
Do you like it?

Is it the same with tar apple? In our place we call it star apple. There are 2 variety as far as I know. The first is green and the second is purple.
