Hi friends, my lunch preparation is going on, Today I prepare Brinjal fry, Radish Sambar. Brinjal fry is a very special dish today, today I prepare a little bit spicy for my needs. I plane to eat with ghee so prepare a Little bit spicy, after taste it I give my experience, with this special fry with ghee combination.

It looks very well cooked but always say far angles are better on food, looks like could be fried

Brinjal causes me itching in my mouth sometimes but I eat it somehow. Radish is winter vegetable, so that's nice you are enjoying it currently.
