Once I heard that "Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day" so I am beginning to think that's true, because when I skip breakfast which happens every now and then, I turned out to be hungrier than ever at night, this means that I wind up eating so many things at the wrong hour. Today is different, as usual I am having breakfast! Nothing fancy as I always tell myself, on this morning this is the menu, toasted bread and seasoned ground beef left overs, from last night's dinner. I love eating some protein in the morning because it keeps me fed until 1 PM which is when I am making lunch. Hope you guys have a good day! If you're having breakfast, enjoy your meal!
Here's a collage I made for you to enjoy with me what I am eating at this exact moment.
Picture is mine.

I was hoping to see arepas.
Today I´ll get up in a second to make a grolled cheese sandwich for breakfast.

Haha I think I made arepas yesterday, I am not sure. Today I didn't feel like making something that hard, thank God I went to Unimarc yesterday for grocery shopping and got a bag of sandwich bread!

@jvicentevalera It's really common here in the US. We have it many holidays and for big family dinners.

@jvicentevalera thanks. I had spaghetti for lunch. Last night was a bit scary. I’ve heard strange noises near my room window sounded like echoing ghost lol. I had to turn down my music. I found out was cars passing by.

@jvicentevalera Three hours gives us enough time to digest the food and that way we sleep better. I do find that when I do that I sleep better. Of course, we are all individuals and we may have to adjust things to our own body system.

I have heard about that rule which says one needs to eat very well at breakfast, and lunch. At dinner a little less.
