He lose 4kg in a week

In my previous post,i stated that hubbie is overweight of 10 kg beyond the normal.
So i gave him a strict amount of food and balance diet i can say.Less salt,no oil,carbs,sugar.And additional is that;i made a pure ginger and garlic juice with apple cider vinegar.He drinks 3 table spoon of that before breakfast.Now,According to our scale at home,he is now 80 instead 84.
He said he want to lose more 10 kg.
So i said okay,don't worry you'll reached that.
Are you doing also methods to decrease/increase your weight mylotters?

@rhuenz only gluetn diet. i do excercise, but still eat alot

Consume protein rich diet which includes vegetables and fruits are best for weight reduction. Avoid fried food and sweets as much as possible. Exercise , walking and even cycling is good for weight reduction.
