Raindrops in the Rose Garden

After a day full of rain yesterday, I went out earlier today and snapped a few photos. I always enjoy seeing the raindrops on the rose leaves in Dustin's garden.
Should be getting more rain every day this week as well. And then hoping for a cool down. Cannot wait for less humidity and cooler weather.
No plans for this week so far. With all the rain, inside is good place to stay.

fabulous photo! love how those drops're magnifyin' some'f the veins'n the leaf. jest brilliant! no rain here, jest dreary lookin' skies 'n other oddities. oh, thanks fer the cicadas! yepperz, they finally surfaced here presumably today. been singin' their love songs'n such's music to my ears.
the weather here 'tis so screwy. currently low 80's, feels like 76. 'nlike yerself'n many others here, i prefer the heat'n longer daylight hours 'f summer. meanin' i don't relish cooler temps. might be a tad diff'rent if'n such 'twas gradual?? not this 90 one day, 30 the next, lol.

@CarolDM jest love 't! i'm hopin' to get my flowerin' garden re-started this next year. 've been too busy with others schtuff which needs my 'ttention more. yepperz, this hot/cold/blow ya o'er winds 'tis not pleasant.

@CarolDM They are showing us as getting a lot of rain on Thursday as well, but again that depends on what track the storm ends up taking as it curves back to the East. We’re already getting tons of rain from it today as it inches toward Louisiana.

It has been a while since I don't see raindrops on leaves! In Santiago it hasn't rained that much despite it is winter. Thanks for a great shot as you have us accustomed to!
