Confessions on mylot.

I have seen a few posts lately about some mylotters being blocked by others. I haven't personally blocked anybody yet because I just let people be. However I have been tempted to block a very few mylotters because sometimes I find their comments on others discussions a little offensive, it isn't that they spread hate, or something like that, but there's a sense of sarcasm in those comments that are annoying to my eyes. I might be getting into hot water by expressing myself but humans have their points of views, and I got mine. In my opinion no posts, or answer is wrong as long as it doesn't offend others beliefs. At the end of the day I make pennies for interaction, so feel free to interact with my as much as you want.
The picture has nothing to to with my post, I just happen to love Madonna's studio Album "Confesssions on a Dance Floor" (2005) which is where it took the title of today's post from. Haha.

I feel the same, but have been happy to block a few people who make my stomach turn. Some have blocked me, but I don't care. I never cared for them anyway. I have been skipping many discussions here, because those people never comment back. MyLot is a 2-way street. I just don't care for political or religious posts.
My granddaughter skated with Madonna's adopted daughter, Mercy. I spent half my time watching Madonna in the audience.

@jvicentevalera I snuck in some photos and a quick video of Madonna. I couldn't resist. She was surrounded by her bodyguards, but they were watching the skating and I wasn't/

Thanks for sharing the same view as I do about religious and political posts.

OMG! I am impressed! I love Madonna! I have a few records of her. If I had been you, I would have tried to take a photo with her haha. I am crazy I am sorry, though I am pretty sure she was surrounded by her body guards. As for your answer on my post, I think the same about political or religious posts, I am not that interested in reading them.

@DianneN I couldn't have resisted either, had I been you. Haha. Don't worry I am an open-minded person, and I respect differences, so more than judging I love understanding.

You are my kind of person. Same here @paigea in the end, as I said in other answer, all opinions matter to me.

@much2say you are definitely my kind of person! That's the way I manage my interaction. Not talking about certain topics, and avoiding some sarcastis or harsh comment I might see.

@jvicentevalera We have our own "choices" here. We can choose the topics in which we can participate in. But we choose what we say too . . . too bad some choose words that can be rather negative.

I agree with that. I am fine with everybody's opinion because in the end, there's no an absolute true.

Being as easy-going like you are Carol, I can't even imagine what that person could have said so you had to block them.

I haven't blocked anyone. I mostly skip religious and political posts. I don't like getting into controversy with people so best to just move on. I unfriended one person because the posts were always very negative and I just felt they were dragging me down but when she comments I visit and comment back.

Same here Judy. I don't like to get involved in such controversial topics, it gives me such bad vibes.

@jvicentevalera I don´t think Mylot sent a notification for blocking as I was notified by a Mylotter in a message that I have blocked a mylotter who wanted to comment on my post.

That's curious. Once I blocked a mylotter too, but it was unintentionally. I was trying to check her posts, but since I have been mylotting from my phone, the browser lagged leading me go block her accidentally. I obviously unblocked her, hope mylot doesn't send any blocking notifications to the person who's been blocked haha!
