Hello everyone, Sorry I have not been posting lately. I have been busy with the launch of my youtube channel and also adding the audio to my podcast on some topics. I will try and be active more since the fall season will be upon us. Have a great day and stay safe

I am doing good get my stitches out Thursday can’t wait but will still have restrictions but the best part is the pain in my back is gone.
