Lost Without My Mouse

I am a weird cat, perhaps. I am on the road traveling and the one thing I forgot to put into my bag was my mouse. Ugh. That frustrates me. My laptop has a built in mouse of course. But I HATE using it. It just feels so cumbersome to me, and I just prefer using a separate mouse. Oh well. I am surviving. Worst case scenario I will just stop at a Dollar General, buy a new mouse, and expense it through my company. The mouse I have now is 6 years old, and while it works just fine... If I expense a mouse every six years I am sure no one will question my expense. They won't even know the old one still works. lol

I use my laptop so much with the mouse track pad that it feels weird to me when I use an actual mouse on a desktop pc.

Not me. Both my "personal" computer and my work computer are lap tops, and I use an actual mouse with both. I cannot get used to the touchpad. In fact, it irks me to no end, lol

No. It would be from Dollar General. One thing I have learned about Dollar General. Generally...nothing is a dollar.

For some reason it just feels more controllable than the touchpad thingy. I just cannot get used to it.

I just can't. I mean, I can. But I don't want to. Way too cumbersome for me.

Dollar General sells a good mouse that will work well and last a long time?

I agree with you. I even have touch screen which I like but still prefer my mouse for navigating. When I dropped my mouse and damaged the scroll wheel function it drove me crazy. A computer and mouse go together like peanut butter and jelly...
