A good simple dinner sandwich with egg and sliced chicken

This is a sandwich with an English muffin, chicken and gouda cheese. The chicken has potatoes ,onions and peppers with some Thai seasonings. I used small potatoes which cook more quickly. It is fried. It has egg as well. It is reasonably nutritious. There is hot sauce too.
