I reset now it's talking

My tablet is misbehaving and now i factory reset.It was on and now keep on talking, I am irritated now and i don't know what shall i do on the setting to stop talking. Even when pressing tab need double press then it will work,it keeps talking every button to be pressed. Any suggestion mylotters, Have you experienced this.
