Are you learning a useful technical skill lately?

I was trying to find a non-voiced job and found one. The downside side is I need to learn the technical terms in using Microsoft Excel. The main responsibility of this job online is to be a chatter to clients and teach them how to use it. In my humble opinion, I know to use it but I need time to learn the technical part.
Are you still enhancing your soft skills?

It's a little difficult for me because it's not natural for me to chatter much with clients
