Rapidly Coming To The End Of Another Month

Happy Monday Everyone! after a cloudy start to the day it looks like the sun is trying to come out.
The weekend flew by and here it is the last Monday of this month. My bank isn't anywhere near what it usually is but I haven't been able to spend as much time here this month either. I did make payout so that makes me happy.
I feel as if I'm falling further and further behind these days. Not even just here at myLot but with everything.
I just paid my bills that are due the 1st of the month and it made me realize how much my daily life has become less than routine. I used to be so organized but now it seems as if I just go through the day without any structure.
I don't when it happened but I guess I could blame it all on Covid??
Anyway, today I decided to get my act together and get back into a routine.
I have to make a quick trip to CVS to pick up my prescription and I guess I should go sooner rather than later.
My coffee is done, my daughter is working today (her vacation is over but at least her first day back isn't at the office) so I'm going to make something in the crockpot for dinner. I have chicken that's defrosted so now I only need to use my imagination as to what I'm going to make.

I have some turkey that is thawed from the last time I cooked one. It is likely to become soup. We have a sunny but chilly day and I am off work for today.

Today began as a warm and muggy day here, but the skies are filling up with clouds now and the breeze feels like there is rain coming. I do hope so, it will lower the temperature, we are too warm.
I am off from work today, I am trying to think of what we'll have for supper already.

I know how you feel about doing things. Chicken is great in a crockpot. I like to put in with my chicken potatoes and carrots and possibly an onion.
