do u know? A straight posture with a stiff backbone is no longer considered good for our spine. infact, perfect posture is kinda non-official slouching at 135 degree with ur back resting.

you just got my point right. too much of anything is bad, my friend. actually, since childhood we wetre made to believe that slouching is bad and doesnot go with decorum, we should maintain a erect posture and stuff like that. on the contrary, modern science is endorsing slouching to perfect 90 degree posture ! as a matter of fact using laptop on your lap with the conventional posture is good for spine and back !! thank you for your interest good luck

I really do find that hard to believe. I had spinal surgery 3 years ago, and slouching is just painful. As soon as I straighten up, I feel great. Of course, not everyone has these same problems either. I just hope they did research on that before releasing the findings. :-)

actually, i just shared a research work by renowned institution, which claims that it is authentic. may be your surgery has to do with the exception. leave alone your surgery thing, we , normal ppl, often feel good when stretched. thank you for your input, have a nice day

accordng to a survey in US, it has been found that ppl with more relaxed posture end up having a healthy spine unlike the reverse!!!
