Last Sunset For September

Snapped a sunset from my deck and realized it is the last one for September. Another month starts tomorrow. I hope it continues to get better every day. While out watching the sunset I saw both a male and female cardinal at the peanut feeder. They always come right before sunset every day. I thought of my Dad. He loved these cardinals, called them red birds. Maybe he was telling me to have a good evening.

I do believe it was him telling you so. Fantastic photo @CarolDM, but I gotta tell it makes me feel a little gloomy. However it doesn't necessarily mean I don't like it.

You know what, I captured a sunset photo yesterday too and didn't realize it was the last sunset for September till I saw your post. Saw how beautiful the sky was but sunset isn't really that visible from my patio. I went to my son's balcony and was able to capture there but not as amazing though.

Beautiful sunset Carol. Our days are getting shorter so the sunsets are earlier. But I love the cooler weather and I have my windows open today.
