I think my computer is fixed. I was having some trouble with the new one--my brain is so scrambled I can't remember what the trouble was...but something wasn't' working right. So it was back to the Staples office supply store, dragging my computer along in my personal shopping cart. If I remember right, the tech guy wound up reloading Windows 10 and all of my other information. That all took a little over an hour to two hours, I think. This other lady and I got to talking, and she offered to drive me home when she heard that I had walked all that way. The tech guy said it would take about half an hour to download everything he had to download, so she said she'd be back then. Once the tech guy uploaded the original stuff, he wanted to download a couple of different programs, so that made me a little nervous, and I don't like to have some one waiting for me (the lady said she'd park out front). Eventually, the lady came in and waited with me while the last ten minutes of stuff downloaded. The tech guy also showed me how to get to my photos so that I could edit them, as I was having some trouble with this One Note program where my photos could not be edited (at least, not by a computer novice like me). As the lady and I were going out to her car, I ran into my brother's x-girlfriend, who said she would have to call me. I may call her first. Hopefully now this computer works right, and I can figure out some more Windows 10 stuff. I hope that you all have been doing well !
