We are working on our chalet ( 8x12) project thinking about get it 1 time bigger sometime and the painter is me. I don't mind to paint, but when you have to break almost your neck to reach high with your role on a pole its is less interesting. I am almost done though but, wish to find another way to reach high spots..... The same for the outside. Now flooring is done up in the loft. so there is less to do...Happy about that.

I used to paint the walls in my house but I asked someone to paint the ceilings. It hurt my neck.

@marguicha I am doing it because we don't want to hire someone to do it.

I've painted a lot of walls and ceilings over the years. I've improvised scaffolding and used ladders and stools to reach difficult spots.
