My New Kitchen Piece

I bought a chocolate fountain to use for my daughter's birthday party today. The party was at my other daughter's house, so I had my husband take the fountain over early this morning so they could get the chocolate flowing. My daughter and my daughter-in-law worked on it for a couple of hours and could not get it to work. Once I got there, my husband and I got the directions back out and followed them exactly. It still did not work, so there was no chocolate fountain for the party.
When I got home, I got online and researched and found out there were instructions not included in the owner's manual. Are manufacturers and producers just getting lazy or apathetic? This is the third time I have run into this problem with merchandise I have purchased.
Fortunately, after reading the online instructions, I got the chocolate fountain working. I think it is cute.

it's wrong of them to neglect that. people who purchased it should let the company know about it.

Finally you got it working. And it would be the highlight of the party for sure.

Glad you found a way to keep it in working order. They should have provided a manual with it
