I am not sure if this research is accurate. It was claimed that the elders population will be increased by the year 2035. If it happens, it needs more healthcare facilities and healthcare professionals needed to cater to their needs. What do you think about this new study?
The social care system is "at breaking point", a local government official warns.

That might be the reality. Japan is already there. And with costly lifestyle and other socioeconomic changes no child or single child is becoming the norm. Also life expectancy is improving.

It is also a problem in China now. It was early last year, the local government demolished the original rule of the one-child to a two-child policy.

@Shavkat Yes all the policies come with their own pros and cons in long run. It was needed to control the population at that time. India has huge population and highest population young people in world. In a way a huge pool of young population helps a country in many ways. But the population explosion here needs an immediate Population Control Bill by the government.

I think they should fix it right its all crap because they try to make health about money. I say even if lost a arm had a heart attack never going to hospital unless VA has me, but if its going to bankrupt me just going to die and sad to say people should take that mindset too because its where we are at at least in this country.

It could be a disaster if both the birth rate and life longevity increase.

It is surely true, the average age of people increased during the past decade and the numbers of newborns decreased.

It's accurate information. Due to lifestyle changes and better healthcare, many are living longer.
