My mind is just wandering today

Am not able to concentrate on anything today. My mind just cannot focus on anything. I have loads of office work to do. And a lot of my house chores also pending. In addition to that, I have to check my emails and pay all my bills for the month. But seem to be too lethargic to do anything. Need something to pep me up.

I felt like that on Saturday. Mondays always seem to be like that for many.

You need to do some meditation. Sit on any convenient place including a chair with back supported back. Care should be taken not to touch your head otherwise you will go to sleep. Keep right hand over left in open condition in your lap. Close the eyes and sit quietly for about fifteen minutes. Breathe normally. Don't block the thoughts let them come and go but don't follow them. You will feel fresh when you get up.

Some times due to stress cont possible to focus on our work. But try to keep your mind peace , just relax. Then possible to focus on your work Best of luck my friend
