Day 59 Promise 517 John 5:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He who hears my word, and believes on him who sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. There are many doctrines in the world, and all of them claim to be the truth. How do you know which one to believe? Jesus told the people that if they believed Him and the words He spoke, they would receive eternal life. They would have no fear of death. As Christians, you know the truth. Jesus proved He was the Messiah when He rose from the dead. No other religion can make the claim that their leader rose from the dead and lives eternally in heaven at the right hand of the Father and will return one day for His bride, all those who accepted Jesus as Savior and Lord. You have no fear of death, eternal separation from God in Hell. When you know the truth, the truth sets you free from doubt and fear. John 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. (KJV) John 6:66 From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him. 67 Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away? 68 Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? Thou hast the words of eternal life. Let’s pray: Father, let Your Word sink into my soul and free me from death’s shackles Satan would bind on me.
