Word Order

If words are to be changed in terms of its order in a sentence without you changing the meaning, would it be difficult for you to do it? Maybe it is not but if you are required to make 5 versions of the same paragraphs by changing the word orders, will that be still easy? Maybe yes for native speakers of English. Yes of course. Paraphrasing tool can only change the word not the order.

Native of English speaking countries don't observe the correct grammar or the correct word order of adjective.

@MALUSE That's my presumption on the premise that nobody is perfect. Even the authors and writers have to edit their manuscripts several times before they get printed or published.

A native English speaker would find it difficult to think of a sentence in which one could change the word order yet retain the same meaning. On the other hand, native English speakers do it all the time to express shades of meaning and different emphasis. MOST sentences follow rules which mean that the word order is fixed. "The cat sat on the mat" is NOT the same as "The mat sat on the cat" and while "Sat the cat on the mat" might be acceptable in poetry, it is not correct in spoken English or prose.

Same as Maluse, I cannot really understand what you are asking here. English has a precise order for adjectives and nouns, I think to know how it works.
