I can handle all the software problems with my computer which rarely happen. I keep my OS updated with latest patches and use a regularly updated antivirus. I don't download from suspicious sites.

I talk to it sternly and then turn it off it doesn't behave itself. On a serious note, I try and fix things my self otherwise its off to the computer doctor for it. lol
