My Ipad is Getting Slow

I am thinking of buying a new iPad as it is already old and no updates anymore. I bought it 2nd hand from a friend and it was and it is still good enough for my own use but it is getting slow although I cleaned the cookies.
You know I don´t really buy something new as long as it is still good functioning or not kaputt but I think I have to. I am writing on our desktop computer but I can´t write on here using the computer for hours as I always have a stiff neck and backache. An Ipad is very handy for me as I can lie down halfway while writing on a couch or from my massage chair.
I still have my Samsung Tablet but my husband is using it since I have an Ipad.
I can´t just get it away from him. That would be idiotic on my part.
Do you buy your gadget cash or monthly installment bases from a provider? I do it cash as I want to have a remembrance from my earnings online and from my other hobbies 
I still don´t know what Ipad I am going to buy. I am not an expert. Maybe a mini Ipad is good.

Have you gone through the iPads settings s a lot of times the settings has a lot of things running in the background that you don’t want or need. Also deleting any apps that you don’t use

@thelme55 have you checked your settings a lot of times there are other things that are toggled and running that your hand aware of. I have to often go through mine and the iPad minis to make sure what I don’t want running is off becuaee I know older models don’t have the option of removing some apps.

I certainly can relate to sitting at a desktop computer and having back and neck issues. I do most of my online stuff especially myLotting at the computer I would love to get an iPad at some point.

This is the problem of our old gadget. It will becoming so slow and keeps on crashing. I hope you can still upgrade your Ipad but if not, it's good to get a new one.
I have a five year old phone as well and it's now very slow. I try to factory reset but nothing has change. I almost throw it at the wall. I just like the resolution of this phone and I just use it watching videos.

That must be frustrating. I almost always buy my devices cash only once in a while have I ever put one on a credit card.

I have an Ipad and never had one before and I have never had one so asked the person that got it for me how to use it twice. That is very true that you can use the Ipad anywhere and it is very light to carry around too. Are you going to buy it online? Maybe check out the pictures and maybe that will help choose the right one and ask for information.
