Rainbow Grasshopper: Cool!!!

Sometimes I can find so many things online. Today, I stumbled upon a rainbow grasshopper. It also is known as painted grasshopper or barber pole grasshopper. Color is a mechanism in protecting itself from its predator. I haven't seen one since it is found in the USA, Northern Mexico, and Canada. Have you seen this kind of grasshopper? Nice looking grasshopper. I thought you saw that in your place. Anyway they may seem cute but when they are in large numbers they can be dangerous pest and attack a farm and eat all of the plants they see there.
