Well after bit of mylotting and writing responses to few comments on crazyoff( Today I logged in there after a week), I picked up the short stories collection that I have picked up for a light read this holiday. As I finished two short stories there. I felt like having some snacks.
Here I am with a bowl of salted peanuts and munching on it as I write this post. Will give some rest to my screen time and go to the book. I am revisiting these stories after a long time and enjoying them. I will finish one more story and then catch some quick nap for 20-30 minutes before some evening chores call for my attention. The weather is cloudy and gloomy and it is perfect to snuggle in a warm blanket with book and munch on peanuts

I am not visiting crazyoff. I am feeling it is better to spend time on other sites so in these days I am posting replies on dimeforum. Yesterday here in Rajasthan we have rain in some area so weather is some more cool but we are using fan little bit. I too like roasted pea nuts, it is season of it. Today in breakfast I have roasted black gram

@arunima25 Some members of FC using it and they getting payment so I join this site, it is good for you because you can post long replies. Here earning is based on length of replies. Here we too eat it boiled and water socked, here we also eat its vegetable, it is healthy food, I am saying all above of black gram. Now here is season of pea nuts it is local crop of Rajasthan. Here chikky of peanuts and jaggery is very popular

@anil02 I will definitely check the site. Hope they have varied topics there. Is it easy to earn there?? I mean it should not be too time taking.
Chikkis are famous throughout India. It's a healthy snacks but not for us. I have tasted and even made it as vegetables. I like it but my family does not. So I don't make it regularly.

This one was the packed salted peanuts from Haldiram.
I too enjoy the seasonal ones with shell. Even I like to boil them and eat. They go well with sendha namak and green chilli. Many eat them with jaggery.

Sweet potatoes are healthy and yummy . So how are you planning to have them??
For me I have lost interest in Bollywood since last few months. Have no plans to go back to it. I am happy watching shows from past like Cosby, friends etc
Light entertainment which is not time consuming.
Have finished one book of short stories. Tomorrow will read out loud a few of them to my younger one. Next 5 days I will be doing serious reading on education and child psychology.

@arunima25 It is Dogs of war and I had been to the area where he based his novel on. His famous books are The Exodus and The day of Jackal.

@msdivkar I have only read this one book of his so far and that too was a decade back. If I remember it is based in some African place.So you have been to Afrcia? I stayed in Cape Town, South Africa for a month. My husband was there for a short project and we joined him during summer vacation.
Can you tell me the name of his short stories collection that you think is a good read??

I have not read it. But I liked his writing style. I read Dog of wars( I hope that's correct) a long time back. And I liked it. He is quite a popular author. I should give his short stories collection a try.

@arunima25 I have to be rushed to the ER if I eat something containing peanuts. I always read the labels twice before eating cookies or biscuits bought in stores.

@LadyDuck You have to be very cautious. My daughters friend has severe allergies and we are very cautious when she comes for sleep over. Mom sends a list of her allergies. In fact sometimes she comes with her own snacks and food. She is allergic to so many food and peanut allergy is too serious for her

Even I don't eat in front of my computer. Not eating on my work table. I munched them on my couch while reading

Salted peanut are tastier one for me.

I never eat while using my laptop. I don't want any mess on my laptop and work table. I munched on them while sitting in couch and reading book. Masala chana is another favorite snack of mine.
