Right now it's 2:00 midnight and i'm not yet asleep, haaaay. . Usually, i felt sleepy at 1:00am and woke up 7am to 8am. Often i felt so tired and exhausted but when i got home it's so difficult for me to get myself to sleep. I wanna sleep earlier but I can't. I close my eyes on bed for like a couple of hours but still my mind is thinking of things which won't let me sleep until 2am. Is there anyway that i could convince mybody to sleep? What time do you sleep then and how do you manage yourself to get sleep?

Before my latest work schedule I try to sleep at 10:00pm. However, my work schedule changed and I end my shift at 1:00am so I'll able to sleep between 1:30am and 2:00am.

@Raj7779 I can function with five hours sleep. When I was younger I can pull up an all-nighter and still do well the next day. I can still probably do it but I'd rather not. I want to have my sleep and rest nowadays.

I’ve been sleeping really late like 4 or 5 am. It isn’t healthy I know. I think the body adjust to our sleeping patterns. I did in the past sleep before midnight like 11:30 pm. It’s possible to sleep a bit early at night perhaps read a good book or a drink warm milk.

I think you may need to get more tired so you can go to bed earlier.
